Far starters, I really enjoy the fact that the nipple cylinders fit over just my nipples as opposed to my entire breast. (A traditional breast pump has cups that cover the entire breast. Naturally, women's breasts come in all sizes; however, most breast pumps are not able to accommodate women with breasts that are too large or too small for the particular cup size of the device.) Because there's less variation in nipple size from woman to woman, the flexible silicone cylinders will form an air-tight seal around any nipple. One of the coolest things about this product is that (with the easy to read gauge) you can adjust the suction pressure to any level that you desire. I use the nipple pump most when I'm being intimate with a guy. I'll usually have him pump up the meter to only about half of its capacity. That's all I need in order to get fully stimulated! The suction feels incredible and will maintain its pressure for as long as I want it to. After several minutes my breasts start to swell with pleasure and I'm ready to get off. When I remove the cylinders from my chest my nipples are engorged and tingling.
